Unique Gift Certificate of Paper Oragami

I am interested in finding a unique idea for an oragami-type, folded house shape to use for gift certificates.
It may be that the item needs to be unfolded to reveal the gift certificate info or that it remains folded with the gift info on the outside.
Customers to my site purchase gift certificates and I am interested in a unique style g.c. for mailing.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
