Help with 1800's Caricature on a Photo Card

Im wanting to know if you would be able to tell me about a caricature I have. It's a black man I think, but it looks like he has light colored hair. It's on a photo card and he's singing "put my little shoes away"... I got this in an 1800's album. Some of the tintypes, and photo cards were dated, 1865. You have any idea?
