Bleeding now after 2 years

I am now 47 and approximately 2 years ago I experienced menopause (the hot flashes and everything) and have not had my period since.
2 weeks ago I started bleeding, and I am experiencing vaginal pains and clotting especially when I urinate.
Could this be related to menopause or does it appear more serious?
