Wireless outdoor network for IP surveillance camera

I have a Sony PTZ network camera to install on a city monument and I need to get this camera on my network it does not have an integrated wireless card so I will need to RJ45 connect it to a wireless network device at the camera and pick it back up at my wired switch. My distance is only 200' line of sight. I can mount any air to air in any configuration. Prefer 11Mbs bandwith secure network. Need to know what to use economically.
