Symptom of Menengitis

My daughter got an upset stomach on a short trip we took, which she sometimes does, but over the next couple of hours her stomach hurt worse. Her neck and head began to hurt and when we got home about 4 hours later she had a fever of 101. Could this be Menengitis? She also says her throat is begining to hurt. |
