Buying refurbished AT&T Merlin410 control unit -- what about the Feature Pack?

My office building basement flooded and I need to replace the AT&T Merlin 410 Control unit. I can see refurbished units on a variety of sites. But if I buy one, does the thing come in "plug and play" condition, or is it just an electronic box and needs to be loaded somehow with a Feature Pack (I see references to V. 1 and V. 2)? How would I get that, if it isn't included? Thank you, Mitchell |
