Reinstall Windows XP on Packard Bell

i have packardbell pentium 4 which was windows xp home edition,but someone installed windows xp professional and i lost my files as well as (home entertainment) new dj,sonic record now 7 ......etc. program home edition doesn't come with software,so is there anyway out to go back which is i used 1st time.pls,pls help me out thanks |
