Registered Agent Questions

As an individual forming a Limited Liability Company I have 3 questions:
1) Since it is so small can it do more than one thing?
2)Can I be my own Registered Agent assigning another individual to accept all mail, provided that this person will know at all times where I live?
3) Can you e-Mail me the forms for Registered Agent?
