Poly Mylagia

I have been suffering from aching in my legs and hips at nighttime. Someone told me it could be poly mylagia. Could you explain what that is and what causes it?
I have non Hodgkins lymphoma and have had breast cancer, with chemo therapy and radiation. I am currently taking Arimidex and fosimax. Could either of these be causing it? |
