Clearing CMOS

Hello,
The computor I am trying to fix for a friend that forgot his password and I need to know how to clear the cmos to regain entry into his system.
Packard Bell Legend 406cd
75mhz screamer..
The battery is soldered in and am hoping there is a jumper or crossing point I can short to clear the cmos.
