What vehicles qualify for charitable vehicle plates?

I need to order plates for Millikin University. I need to know which of my vehicles qualify for charitable vechile plates. We have cars, trucks, vans, a trailer, and a bus and I know that some or at least a couple of these must be eligible for non-profit or charitable license plates.
