Self Dedication in becoming Wicca

Hello. My name is Angela and I have been reading and studying the wiccan way for almost a year. I have checked out books from the libary and have copied down as much information as I could. I am ready to take the next step into becoming a wiccan. I would like some help in taking the next step. I have read about self dedication. Is there some were on the internet or a book that you recommend that can tell me how to do a slef dedication? Or if you recommend something else to take the next step please let me know.
