Child Custody Legal Help

My daughter`s dad and I signed papers for joint custody.I would get my daughter as much as her dad had her,well when she started school he wouldn`t let me see my daughter but every other weekend and now wants me to pay child support. I want to change the paper work to get full custody of my daughter. He won`t let me pick my daughter up from school without his permission. I need to know what I can do! Our papers say we share joint legal custody,but things are not going the way they should. He works third shift,he lives with his girlfriend,which she lost her three kids through social services and my daughter is with his girlfriend while he is at work and while he sleeps,when she should be with me! What can I do about this before any more time goes by? |
