breast pain
By Patti from USA on December 27, 2005 in Menopause
My Doctor says I am perimenopausal.
I have read about tenderness in the breasts when going through menopause (I have had it slightly, just like times during my period), but this year they found a mass in my right breast. I have to go back for another ultrasound in March 2006 to see if it has grown.
I have noticed that I get pain in the spot where the mass is supposed to be, I still do not feel anything when manually testing each month, but the pain has been increasing, especially when wearing a bra that is a bit smaller than others, or when I am bloated. It feels like that spot is being constantly squeezed.
I have looked over many sites to see if others have had this and have not found anything yet.
Is this also normal or should I call my doctor for an earlier visit? |
