Divorce and Real Estate equity

My wife and I have been separated for over 1 1/2 and are in the process of filing for a divorce. My question is 1st she moved out 1 1/2 years ago. 2nd when we were not married when I bought a home, I was the only one on the title. Then I refinance the home about 1 year before she left. I would like to know is she still intitled to any equity that might be in the house. I hope you can help. One last thing spoucial support has already been drawn up and signed the house is the final sticking point. |
