Free quilt block pattern

I'd been to a website www.quiltiestgirl.com to get a 12" scalloped edge DReswden Plate free quilt pattern in the fall. Now the site is no longer available.
Has the site moved or the nomenclature/url changed? Is the pattern available free online elsewhere?
I can find plain edge Dresden Plate patterns and scalloped edge ones for larger blocks than the 12" size I want.
I think someone named Tazzie was connected to the quiltiestgirl site and there were several patterns there. I cannot locate her current site either.
