Depression symptoms?

I was wondering if you could possibly give me some idea of my symptoms: depression ( I am already taking 20 mg of Celexa). I have no appetite and have lost 30 lbs in 6 wks. The last 5 days I have had severe dry heaves. Also, I am pre menisposal. I have not had a period in 2 months and took a test yesterday that was negative. My lower right side has some discomfort but not pain. If it helps I have had a very traumatic last 2 months with my family life. Thank you for any suggestions. |
