I went for a physical and got dizzy

I am getting dizzy spell recently i've had 3 episodes. Im a 42 yr old man, healthy, working, strong, etc. It's strange that I got this dizzy while gettin a physical. Are there any signs or symptoms I should look for pertaining to diet or something else?
