The Secret to the Zero Gravity Trick!
The secret to most hovering cards is well first you will need some "invisible thread" you can buy some at a magic store or you can take a peice of poliester thread and split it in to two strands and then use one of them that is what i did it is a good trick oh ya you also need some magician wax i just used scotch tape but wax is better. you let them look at the card and it doesnt have the thread attached yet but after they give it back you secretly attach it with your hand and the end that is attached to your body is acually attached to your ear and then you throw the card in a spining motion and you control it with the tread he probably caught the tread inbetween his fingers watch him i bet his fingers are open arent they. then when you give it back secretly remove the thread from it.

The Magic of David Copperfield
Effect : David Copperfield makes the statue of liberty disappear.
Secret:
The audience can see the statue of liberty through the pillars.
The curtain then comes up to block the audiences view. The live audience is on a secret swiveling platform that rotated slowly to the side of the statue. The statue of liberty lights are turned off, the blip on the radar is part of a video animation.
The curtain is then lowered, the audience and the viewers watching on T.V see that the statue has disappeared but all they are looking at is a duplicate set of lights that is situated right next to the real statue of liberty. The lights on the two towers towers are there to night blind the audience for a few minutes to make it hard too see the statue of liberty.
The curtain is then raised up the audience is rotated round again to face the statue of liberty the curtain is dropped and the statue has reappeared.
