Earned Income Credit and Claiming EIC on Child

I am wondering what forms I will need to fill out if I am claiming EIC on my child but I am not claiming depency. Her father gets to claim tax dependency this year and I will be able to get the EIC.
Also, aren't the tax dependency and EIC two seperate things? |
