Metal Head & Foot Board (100 years +)

My mother has a bed that dates back to her grandparents. It is over 100 years old. My mom is 78 and has had the bed for the last 50 years. She remembers her grandparents sleeing in this bed when she was a young teenager. I'm trying to find out if there is any financial worth to it before we turn it over to a Salvation Army of sorts.
