Divorce in new mexico

my husband and I got married in 1999, in southern california, actually in catalina, on catalina Island. well I don't know this for sure or not, but we look, and feel as if we will be looking at a divorce in our future, I hope not, but it seems to be looking like we just might be visiting divorce camp. Anyway, I was wondering since we have been in new mexico for the fast 5 years of our marriage, will our property be split up 50/50? We own 2 houses and we have bonds, and one, How does it work in New mexico, do you know? and if so, if one of these people had an affair will that matter? If it can be proven? |
