Insurance claim

I had an accident in my truck and I am trying to find out the value of it for insurance.
The truck was a 1994 F150 regular cab 4.9L automatic,Am/Fm/Cd,no air conditioning or power windows. It had 241,000km on it and it also had a matching cap.
This truck was in excellent shape for it's age. It was just recently painted in the fall of 2005.It also had new heavy duty snow tires put on with 10,000km on them. It also had new brakes put on in the spring of 2005.
There was no rust what so ever on it as it was oil sprayed every year.The body was very solid. Although it had high mileage the engine didn't burn any oil between changes which were done regularly at every 5000km.
I've seen trucks online in this condition going from $6500.00 to $9000.00.
Like I said the truck was in very good condition,very solid ,freshly painted, well maintained.
What do you feel would be a good price to get from the insurance company for thi truck.
