High school level educational resources

I am the Director for the Academy of Hospitality & Tourism at Northeast High School in St Petersburg, FL.
I am trying to find actual, industry educational resources relative to the hospitality industry.
I would appreciate your suggestions as to websites and other resources which will provide students with the best "real world" information.
We are taking a field trip to the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management in about two weeks.
We are serious about educating students for careers in the hospitality industry.
