Pricing on web design

I am in the process of registering a domain name. Our company wants to have the ability to support a list-serve, or discussion group, share documents and possibly a newsletter. We would need a member's only section, tools section, about us, and the ability to have form templates completed online.
Wondering about how much we should expect to spend on building and maintaining a website.
