Prices of gardening tools

I have been looking for a gift for my mother, for her birthday, but have had trouble with over-priced sales. Do you carry ANY worth-while gifts under the price of $50.00? She would like a wheelbarrol but I have seen none under $450.00; I am on a resticted income and can only come up with $50.00 at the most.
