Cannon Sure Shot 85 Zoom

I have a Cannon Sure Shot 85 Zoom camera and upon putting film in the camera this am it would not forward and I get an error flashing "0". I changed the battery but with the flashing "0" it indicates battery. Can you give me some guidance? |
