Error message every time I boot up.

This occured after removing and then downloading Norton Security 2006 per tech support instructions when smiliar messagwe appearred after subscribing and downloading Norton basic & Internet security on 3/28/06. I spent over an hour on the phone with a Symantec tech whose speech was very difficult to comprehend.
Message is:" Componenet MSINET.OCX or one of its dependents not correctly registered."
Also get message virus scan subscription has expired march 15, 2006.
