Varicose veins in legs and groin area

I am seven months pregnant,and I have severe varicose veins in my legs. The right leg is the worst,and concerns me the most. The veins are most severe above the right knee into the groin area including the right side of my vulva. It hurts to stand, sit, walk for any length of time. I have pains radiating down my legs often causing numbness. I'm very worried and concerned about this problem.
